Family Premium Plan + Account Disappeared

My Question or Issue: I had two Spotify accounts. I couldn’t change my username on the first which I’d used for years so I decided to create a new one yesterday and purchase a family plan for and invited my parents and brother. I decided today to disable my free account but when I did, I was unable to log into my new account.

Is there a way to recover my account with the plan? I paid $20 (still have the emails of receipt + when I added each family member to the plan) but I can't log into it, it says no account exists, and my family members also lost access to the plan. I had to reactivate my old account and wasted hours manually transferring many playlists. Will I keep being charged even though my account basically disappeared?

Also, tried opening an account using the same email, says it's currently in use. Then when I press log in option, all of a sudden no account is linked to that email.What is going on?
