Fido Pulse Premium Subscription

Hi all,

 

I'm so terribly frustrated with this. I have a Fido Pulse plan that includes a monthly Premium Spotify subscription, and I've been trying to activate it.

 

On my phone: I've tried turning off my wifi, going to fidohub.ca on Mozilla and Safari, entering my phone number on this page, receiving a code via text message, entering that code in the next page that loads on the browser. Then after that, the only option I am prompted with is 'get the Spotify App'. I click that. That brings me to the app store, in which I download the app using my data (not wifi), then I sign into my already existing spotify account both with my e-mail, my username and with Facebook, and still it does not change my subscirption. I also tried this entire process using wifi, and it also doesn't work. 

 

On my computer: I'm on a mac. I'm using Mozilla. I follow the same steps as above. I download the app for the commputer. Still nothing.

 

I went into my account on my computer using Firefox, and I looked at the 'Apps' tab, and saw that there was an associated Fido App that was activated. I removed this app hoping that it would restart the process and now nothing happens. The app hasn't shown up since I've gone through this process several times.

 

Anyone? Tips? I just want to listen to my music, it is so frustrating that Fido doesn't have clear instructions. I called customer service and their system is down so they couldn't do anything for me. I should also clarify that I had started the free month trial prior to knowing I had this deal with Fido. When I tried changing subscriptions, they told me it would kick in once the month was up, and it did not.
