Forgot password, wrong email

Hello,

I want to change my password since I cant seem to remember it. I changed it so that my ex gf couldnt log in. This was over a year ago, but now I can only log in through Facebook. Im planning on deleting my Facebook and therefor I want to be able to log in with my regular login details.

However, I cant use the lost password service because my email adress has a typo. It says ***@gmail.com.com, so I cant send myself the link to restore my password. Who knows how I can solve this?

Hi there!

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

WRONG! You can not get any help by a automated service. My email with my account was hacked, I bought a new phone and now I can't remember my password either.

Well that's not true. 😉 I did as I was asked back then and everything was solved within the hour.
