Getting billed monthly on my credit card for premium - but I have free account

Getting billed monthly on my credit card for premium - but I have free account

I emailed Spotify about 10 days ago about this and never got a reply.  I'm getting billed monthly $10 but my account is a free one.  I'm not sure what the problem is but I'm trying to find out which account is associated with my credit card # - because it is not mine.

 

Please contact me I'd like to resolve this without having to have my credit card canceled and re-issued.

Just ran through that link and sent another support request.  Looks like the one I used 2 weeks ago tomorrow.

i am trying to get the family plan, does it charge me the 9.99 for premium and 14,99 for family plan? 

nope, just one or the other. 9.99 single user, or 14.99 for two users.
