Gift Card balance?

I used a gift card code to sign up for 3 months for .99. After 3 months I no longer have premium and cannot access the balance associated with my account. It was a $30 card, I would like to be able to use the rest of it. I no longer have the code because I lost the card.

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions.
