Had premium and got downgraded, now a different price

I have had premium for over a year now, and just recently it said my credit card payment wasn't working. I went to update my credit card records and it downgraded my account. I'm able to upgrade back to premium for $9.99, but I have been paying $4.99 monthly for premium and I will not pay anymore than that. I have my credit card records showing that I've only been paying $4.99 on a month and I don't want to have to pay $9.99 just because I had to update my credit card payment method. Please help! Thanks 🙂
