Really sorry to hear that you are paying for Premium with an account you no longer have access to. You will need to contact Spotify directly. Please follow this link; https://support.spotify.com/bg/contact-spotify-anonymous/
I would also recommend that you contact your bank/paypal and request that they remove your card with immediate effect. (that way you know that you will no longer be charged).
