I can't acces to my account because i don't remember the password and the email with with i opened the account.

how can i know it?

i every month pay 9.99 without using the account.

Really sorry to hear that you are paying for Premium with an account you no longer have access to. You will need to contact Spotify directly. Please follow this link; https://support.spotify.com/bg/contact-spotify-anonymous/

I would also recommend that you contact your bank/paypal and request that they remove your card with immediate effect. (that way you know that you will no longer be charged).
