How do I create multiple profiles under one account?

Hi,

Here's my issue. I'm on a Rogers Share Everything Plan (Ontario, Canada) with my boyfriend and we have free Spotify Premium as part of this plan for free for the next 2 years. We receieved the username from Rogers however, we can create up 3 profiles as part of this package. How do I create another profile under the same username? Because right now, when I play music on my phone, music stops playing on his phone.

Hi Austin,

This link doesn't really provide the solution because it is talking about offline songs. Rogers says I can create upto 3 profiles and stream music online. Just wondering how I would create multiple profiles for online streaming.

Unfortunately, you can only stream online music on one device at a time because if you try streaming on two devices it will pause the other device.

However you can make a family account which will allow you to pay under the same bill and as well stream music at the same time if im aware.
