I can’t login and can’t reset password

I’ have a premium subscription, linked to the email jsage5@yahoo.com

can’t reset my password because it says that there is no account linked to this email, BUT IM POSITIVE IT IS BECAUSE I GET MY SPOTIFY RECEIPTS FROM THAT EMAIL. CANT EVEN CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION CAUSE I CANT LOGIN! HELP

side note, i accidentally created this account with the same email i used to create my other, which shouldnt happen, because it shouldve been in use, right?
