I can't see how to link my iTunes subscription to spotify to my spotify account?

So I subscribed a few days ago to spotify via my iTunes manage subscriptions options. However when I go on to my itunes account its still in the free mode. I can't see where my iTunes subscription is linked to spotify wise. I'm pretty sure I only have 1 soptify account and i'm pretty sure I've had premium before the same way too. I have waited a couple of days too to make sure it wasn't a time delay.

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment. That's why your account is still on the Free plan. I'd recommend subscribing to Premium via https://spotify.com/premium
