I'm being charged more than advertised

Hello! I subscribed to Spotify Premium because it was $5.99 a month here in Costa Rica and got charged $14.99.

After the official release of Spotify here, I subscribed immediatly because I've used the service before and $5.99 per month seemed like a great deal, but PayPal sent me a notification that I paid 9.99€ to Spotify Finance Ltd..

I sent a support email about 3 days ago but I haven't received an answer.

You get billed the cost of whichever country you are "resident" in, so that is normally wherever your payment card is registered. Is your payment method you used to pay registered in Costa Rica?
