I paid but im still having spotify Free!!!

I paid but im still having spotify Free!!!

Recently, i paid to get the promo of 3 months for $99 pesos, but when i login in the app of my smartphone and in the computer, the account still  say: Spotify Free. I already done the process of close my session and login again in both, the computer and my smartphone, but it isn´t works.The charge already done in my credit card but i can´t use the functions of the premium account. I need to solve these problem fast.
