Absolulely! Your Spotify Premium subscription is pre-paid, so it will continue until you would have been billed the next month. Example, if you cancelled on the 5th, but your service was set to renew on the 25th, then you would still have 20 more days.
Pay attention to the date on your www.spotify.com/account page to see when it is set to expire.
