Instant downgrade to "Spotify Free"

Hi,

I need an instant downgrade to Spotify Free without waiting the remaining 7 days of my Unlimited Subscription, because I want to upgrade my existing account to "Spotify Premium" via the premium option of my mobile telecommunication provider.

Hi @Restoro. Unfortunately the way the system works means that you will need to wait those remaining seven days for your premium to expire; there's no way to simply stop using the time that's already been paid for. There is a small grace period at the beginning of a month of premium where it is possible for support to cancel a subscription and issue a refund (if the case fits their policy). Again, unfortunately, with only seven days left you fall out of this grace period.
