Issues with Spotify in another country

Hello community of Spotify,

I moved to Vietnam a few months ago and I am now having issues with my Spotify account. First of all, I can't log-in to my account on my devices because my account is set to the U.S. However, I can't change the country in my settings because the U.S is the only option in the drop down menu of my profile settings. I've read a few posts on the community forum and people pointed out that I should remove and update my current payment method. But then, when I go into the subscription menu, the only option I have is to use a new payment method for Spotify Premium. But now there is a new issue when I try to do that. The credit card that I am currently using is an international credit card. And the (Vietnamese) postal code of the card isn't recognized by the website since my account is still attached to the U.S server. 
How can I fix this issue?

Well, currently I am having a free account. But the only reason for that is because I don't use my previous payment method anymore. I used to pay for my Premium subscription with my Citibank debit card but since I moved away from the U.S, I don't use that bank account anymore. And since there is no more balance in my Citibank account, the auto-renewal process for my Spotify Premium couln't go through. I tried to use my current credit card to pay for the subscription, without success, so I decided that I will just have to enjoy a free account until I come back to the U.S. But now that I can't even log-in to Spotify on my phone, I really need to deal with this issue as soon as I can.

Unfortunately, Spotify hasn't launched in Vietnam yet, so you won't be able to continue using it for now.

Make sure to sign up to be the first to know when Spotify launches in Vietnam.
