Locked out of account and cant recover password

I was logged out my account and cant log back in.

I try to recover password and when I type email address it says its not on the system.

So I tried to use same email to create account and it says I cant because that email is being used.

I logged in my husbands account an searched for my user and its there.

Im using my husbands account to post this.

What can i do??
