My Question or Issue

I was recently logged out of my Spotify account that has family premium. I haven’t changed the password or username, but it won’t let me log back in. I don’t remember the email connected to it, I’m not receiving the reset password email

Thanks for coming to the Spotify community with your query. Quite a few users have had a similar issue lately, I'm not sure why that is the case. You may have already looked at this support page in regard to problems logging in. If you feel that all of the suggested steps cannot resolve the issue, you could reach out to customer support, I'm sure they'll be glad to help with this.

Hey all, Just jumping in here, and wanted to say that Spotify recently logged people out of there accounts for any accounts they deemed unsecure. I would strongly recommend trying to reset your password. If that does not work, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.
