Lost email and password

I made an account and it was premium. I lost the username and email and password and I'm still paying for it every month and not being able to use it. Can someone please help me I still have the order number if that helps

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
