My Question or Issue

I have two Spotify accounts. One of them is connected with facebook and the other is created with my mail address. I have to merge these two accounts and when I try this I get the error that this facebook address is linked to another account. My two accounts are linked to the same mail address.

My account with Facebook: Your device username is: 11151304017

My main account I want to merge: technobecet

Hope you are doing great!

You can't merge the 2 separate accounts but you can however close your Facebook created account and connect it with the other Spotify created account.

To close your Facebook account just follow the steps below:

1. Log in to close your account here.
   Note: Be sure to cancel any subscriptions first.
2. Select Account.
3. Select I want to close my Spotify account permanently.
4. Continue through the steps.

Now that you removed that account you can connect your Facebook account to your current Spotify account.

Just follow these steps:

Desktop

1. Clickin the top-right corner of the app.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Social, scroll down to FACEBOOK, and click CONNECT TO FACEBOOK.
4. Enter your Facebook login details, and click Log In.

Mobile & Tablet

1. Tap Home Got Premium? Tap Your Library
2. Tap Settings 
3. Select Social.
4. Under FACEBOOK, tap Connect to Facebook… 
5. Enter your Facebook login details, and tap Log In.
