Multiple charges

Hello, I recently attempted to sign up for Spotify student, it did not recognize my school and I did not have proper paperwork so I signed up for normal premium. However I have 2 charges for 4.99 in my bank account for the student charges when using my credit card and a 9.99 charge for paypal for my normal premium. I wish to have the 2 4.99 charges refunded. I am happy with normal premium.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support as they are the only team that can handle billing inquieries. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
