Music not playing

I have changed my card details and updated them on my iTunes etc and i have paid to upgrade my spotify and it still thinks I have the free one so won't download my music

I'm wondering what you mean.. Did you enter your credit card credentials at your Spotify account, or at iTunes?

If you did enter them on Spotify, could you please check out if all your playlists still are around?

 

If you're playlists have disappeared, your account probably has been duplicated (which happens sometimes).

If that's the case, the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify.

 

Please include the following details to speed it up a little bit (otherwise they'll have to verify it's your account first):

  • Your date of birth
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card
  • Facebook account e-mail (if you have Facebook)

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
