My account is damaged and I cannot edit it. Where can I find support chat or contact email?

Just as in title I cannot edit my account and I just get the message to reach support. Then I cannot find any support chat.

Why is it so hard to make a simple and accessible contact form?

Could you please let me know if you account is Facebook/Email based and to share a screenshot of what you see on your screen while trying ?

My account is email based. Looks like it works fine now, I don't know somebody done something, but the error message is gone. Thanks anyway.
