My account was hacked. I discovered this because the player was changing the songs by itself and playing on another device. So I disconnected all the devices and changed my password.

Ok, I solved this problem. However, all my playlists and the playlists I followed were lost. The artists, radio and podcasts I followed have changed and now there is a content that I've never listened.

So, I wonder if I can restore my account to a state before it happened. Dude, this has to be possible, because I've spent a lot of time creating my playlists, I don't want to do it all that again.

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify so that they can look into this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.

There is an option to recover your deleted playlists. You can go to this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/recover-playlists/ . I never heard of an option to restore your whole account. Good luck!
