Unable to reset my son's new spotify account

I have signed my son up to spotify with a new account and invited him to the Family Plan ("invite pending"). I am unable to log him in to accept the invitation and attempting to reset the password does not seem to work at all (I reset the passowrd and the screen does not say 'successful' it just returns to the reset page with "Please confirm you're not a robot" text).  How can I have him accept the family plan invitation to allow him to use spotify?

Can you please try the following to see if that makes a difference...:

  1. Try it in an Incognito/private browser window
  2. Try it on a different device
  3. I'd recommend disabling anything that could block the page, such as Firewall, ad blockers, etc.

Regarding the password reset...:

Are you seeing the re-CAPTCHA button in the form?
