My roomies can't enter my Family plan!

Hey there,

my subscription are renewed every 2th day of the month. But in January my subscription wasn't renewed because issues with my credit card. A few days later the problem was resolved, i payed my card bill and the subscription was renewed. But since then, my roomies can't sign in with the tokens i've send them.

Please help, i've payed the January full plan and the others five accounts aren't be in use because of this issue.

Are they seeing any error messages when they are trying to accept the Premium for Family invite?

They get "It is not possible to confirm that you live in the same house where the main account live.
