Not getting password reset email

Hi,

I haven't gotten my email password reset, and it's been 12 hours since I sent my first request.

Anybody know how I can get the email? I couldnt log into my account so I linked my facebook account, but I want to sign in with my username and password rather than facebook. I've checked my spam folder, and the email works because I got a newsletter from spotify.

My spotify username is bigcowdaniel.

Have you tried entering your email instead of your username, when you request a password reset?

Get to the contact form and say you wish  to have the password reset.

*Make sure to include DOB, Postal/Zip code, and payment method (last 4 payment card or Paypal Transaction ID).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
