Old e-mail address, forgotten password, Premium

Hi,

I have forgotten my Spotify Premium password, and the e-mail address that I have in my account, does not exist anymore. I would like to change my e-mail address to get a new password, but I cant do that when signed in via Facebook. Is there really no another solution than to delete my account (and all the playlists!) and create a new one?

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble logging into your account. I’d recommend checking out this Spotify Answer.

If you have a Facebook-created account, you should be able to reset your Spotify password without changing your Facebook one.

Hi Jose,

many thanks for your answer! But unfortunuately, the problem is that the e-mail address, which I used when creating my account, does not exist anymore. It was my professional email, and belonged to a company in which I dont work anymore. There is no way anymore for me to receive any email which is sent to that address. I should get the new password from Spotify to my new email address.

Hello, I did notice that your e-mail wasn't available, did you was the section "Didn't work"? That should help you if your account was connected with Facebook. Do you still have access to your Facebook account?
