My Question or Issue

I have been logged into Spotify for over 3 years on my phone and have forgotten my password. When I click the "forgot password" button and try to have an email sent to me nothing has arrived. Have been waiting over 30 minutes now and nothing arrived. I have attempted to reset the password on both my phone and a computer, both in a normal window and in a private navigation window in case of a cookies/caching issue.

 

Nothing seems to make the email arrive. I'm using the following link:

https://accounts.spotify.com/en/password-reset

 

And have tried using the following browsers to reset the password:

- Chrome

- Brave (Both regular and incognito)

- Edge

 

Any info or assistance is appreciated.

Hey @Crunch3d,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting already tried.

 

Recently there was a little hiccup with the sending of the password reset emails. This should have been fixed though. Could you give the password reset one more try?
