Paying with paypal

So I am using paypal, specifically unionpay to try to get spotify premium.

So I click subscribe, then choose paypal, and log in to my paypal account. Then it says me to type the card number. Above it says I have 1 active unionpay card in my account. So when I type the information in and click save and continue below, it says its loading, but gets me to the same page(same excact page where I put my card number in) and does absolutly nothing. Tried in may different web browseres, and still doesnt work.

I live in south korea, I used VPN to make Hong Kong account, and my paypal account's nationality is set to China and residence as Hong Kong. I am using 7day premium tiral as of now.
