Payment issues

I am having issues with my account when I try to update payment data, The page just doesn't accept any card Info I update, please help!

Hey @ZianRQ,

 

Make sure your payment card has all these requirements.

 

You can then try the Subscription page using another browser or incognito window (it's best on a desktop or laptop computer). You can also try clearing your cache/cookies.

 

Lastly, try another card or payment method (see if you'd still get the same error message).
