Please help...I believe somone has hacked or hijacked my spotify account.

I had not been able to see my library for the last couple days and out of nowhere I download spotify and notice someone has hacked into and is downloading random **bleep**.  I don't listen to most of the stuff they do and have downloaded things the last couple of days that just plain haven't shown up in my library.  Please help i fear it is also a malicous threat to my whole system as well.
