Premium Account Login

 I forgot my password and the email associated with the account is defunct. I sent an email to Spotify customer service and have only received an automated reply. I have a premium account and feel that $10/month, I should get help on the spot.

Welcome to the Spotify Community! Let's help you get logged into that Premium account of yours.

 

When you registered for Spotify originally, did you use your Facebook details or create a username? If you registered via Facebook you can reset your password at Facebook.com.

 

If you used Spotify, be sure to check your email Spam filter. I'd also look through your inbox to confirm you received a confirmation email from Spotify when you registered.

I believe I used a username. It is : kanorletap

OK you can reset your password then. I'd still recommend an inbox search for Spotify correspondence to see what email address you registered with when you set up your account.

The problem is that email address no longer exists so I can't reset my password

I basically need to change my email address for my account so I can access the email to reset my password.
