Premium Trial not loading

I got a Starbucks offer to try three free months of Premium, but when I try, the "Start Trial" page doesn't load correctly.  Everything loads except something having to do with payment, which means I can't click the "Start trial" button, since there's no payment information.  It looks like this: https://gyazo.com/f7b74f902fbe097526ba702fa74ba2dc  How can I get my free trial?

Hey @axel_val,

Try giving it a go on another browser or incognito window. You might want to clear our cache/cookies as well.

Awesome!  I tried it in Incognito and it loaded!  Thanks so much, I don't know why I never think to try that myself LOL.
