Problem with log in

When I should log in it comes up that I already have an account. I press log in and not create a new account. Can you help med?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Spotify account.

Are you trying to sign up for a new account?

If you are getting a message saying you already have an account, I recommened resetting the password using the email you are using, then you should be able re-gain access to the account.
