Problem with the free trial to premium

Problem with the free trial to premium

Hi, I tried signing up for the free trial of premium for 1 month. The fee was drawn from my debitcard AND I'm still at the free version. Don't know where to go with my problem, so I guess you guys can help me? Account is the same as my username here, foyamoon.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You will have received an email confirmation confirming your subscription was set up (even if it was a free trial), does that email show the correct username?

Unfortunately, Spotify don't deal with any billing or payment issues here on the community, so you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
