Problems Logging in: I get logged out instantly after logging in

Hi, I had this problem since 2 days ago. On my premium account when i try to log in (I am 100% certain that my username and password are both correct since I log in everyday) it logs me in for about 3 seconds then it just logs me out again. I dont have this problem with any other account only this one.

 

It says something like Error Code:3 when it logs me out which is apperently incorrect username or password. But since it does log me in for a few seconds i don't think it is incorrect.

 

I have done all the steps suggested by the Spotify Help section and none of those have worked. Also tried logging in in my browser, reinstalling the app on my pc and on my phone (Windows, IOS)

 

One of the things i do not know is my e-mail address. I might have made a typo when making the account about 2 years ago I did check all my e-mail addresses and only one of them have ever recieved a mail from spotify and that one belongs to my other non-premium account.

 

I hope someone can help me with this. I have submitted a ticket, but i have not gotten an answer as of yet (2017.03.12.)

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply after 48 hours:

 

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • f you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.

I have NOT gotten any e-mails and I have checked my spam folder. As i have said I have already done all the steps suggested by the Spotify Help section and none of them worked.
