Hello

I have a big problem with my account. I tried to pay 6 times with a credit card but the system says that it was impossible to end the operation. But I received emails from muy bank that the charge was succesful. I have not the premium account actived & also I want to know what can We do¿ because i have 6 charges of spotify in the account bank.

We've had a look at your account and seen that your payment attempts were declined by your bank. This means no money's been taken and they have put the funds for those transactions on hold. We've reported the incident to our Payments team so they can look into it. We'd recommend trying to pay again in at least 72 business hours.
