My Question or Issue

Hey there. I wanted to listen to some music on my phone while working on something (my computer was off at that time). But then I saw that a random song which I didn't start was playing on a different device (Chrome Web Browser). Then I stopped it and listened to my music. Then again a different song started but this time on my device speakers. Then I changed my password and clicked "log off on all devices". I logged back in and: Again, a song started again on my device speakers. The songs were all from the same Playlist: ppk23ry4mqtxpyskmouj9glzp from Trispeta Corp. It only shows the name when playing a song though. When I see the playlist under recently played it just shows a blank name. It's the same way on the playlist page. Has anybody got an idea why this is the case? And no, it wasn't shuffle mode or autoplay or something like this. When it played a random song on my device speakers it just stopped my previous song in the middle.

Greetings,

CRUGG

Hey @OfficialCRUGG, thanks for your reply.

Sorry for any confusion, in the Support article I linked you to earlier, you should be able to find more troubleshooting steps in order to solve this as soon as possible. More specifically, the second group of instructions, shows how to get in touch with  Support so they can take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible.

Hope this helps clear things up 🙂
