Redeemed a gift voucher but still getting charged

Hi – I redeemed a gift voucher for spotify premium, but I saw on my credit card I've been charged for spotify on the 25th January. Is that a mistake?

Or if you redeem part way through a month, does the free subscription only start at the beginning of the next month?

Ideally I'd need someone from Spotify to check over my account and make sure it's OK but I don't know how to contact them...

Any help appreciated! Ben

It sounds like you may have gotten double premium! 

You can check here and your next payment date should be two Billing cycles away instead of one 🙂

Hey @jean3601 – thanks so much for the reply 🙂 That link was super helpful, it seems my next billing date is feb 2018, so I assume I was just charged for one month before  the voucher was applied. Phew!
