My Question or Issue

So, on my older account, when I play songs for a fixed amount of time, I cannot listen to a song of my own choice (i.e. by choosing one manually). In the same account, I cannot add a song to the queue by swiping right on a song. 

 

However, on my newer account, there is no limit on choosing my own song, and I can add a song to the queue by swiping left. 

 

Also, both my accounts are free. Why is this happening?
