Hello,

Hello my name is Tommy and I'm in South Africa for one month now I always use Spotify premium but my card ran out and I called my mom and Holland to buy me a new one when I redeemed the new card I couldn't login anymore because it said I was abroad for too long. I've been using Spotify premium for over year now and I paying at the moment for something I can't use....

I've had a little look and can see that you haven't redeemed another gift card since your last one expired. If you have recently bought a new gift card, please try redeeming it again here and let us know how you get on.

It says the premium code is invalid and that it's already been redeemed so I don't know but here is the card number: <snip>

Hi Tommy,

To protect the balance of the gift card, you should edit that post and remove the card number. Use the contact form, which has an option for not working gift cards under the 'Paying for Spotify' menu.
