Like there was some songs that didnt show up on my spotify playlist on PC so I reinstalled Spotify on PC and now all songs are gone. I tried to go offline mode on PC and on my phone to try sync the music again but got nothing. I reinstalled twice but its still the same. I can see the songs on my phone but not on my PC, the playlist is empty and there is many songs that I cant even play when I try to find new songs. I have spotify premium

As the other user said, the problem could be in your host file and the solution is quite simple.
- Browse to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
- Open "hosts" file with Notepad as Administrator
- Search for any line with "spotify" in it and delete it
- Click "File" and select "Save"
Now everything should work fine
That problem is because the host file of windows (probably changed by a program like adblocker) you can change the host file going to c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
and them delete all the spotify things related if you see someone. you can get more info here in the comunity about that
