Hii, I bought Spotify premium for €9,99 for 3 months. This started December 12th. But I got an email which says that my 'pre-paidsubsription' ends in 10 days. And that I have to pay monthly for premium after these 10 days. But I have still 2 months spotify premium because of the special 'sale' in December. And I don't know what I have to do. I still want my 2 months spotify premium.
Hello @Allia, welcome to the Spotify Community!
Did you use a gift card to pay for the subscription?
Prepaid cards/gift cards cannot be used to pay promotions, if you do so, you'll receive the amount stated on the card, in your case, just one month.
No I didn't, I used Ideal to pay my premium. I even got an email after the payment with "proof" and it says that I have 3 months premium and not 1 month
Which country is set up in your account?
The Netherlands
As far as I know, iDeal is a Pay As You Go system, like a prepaid card, and I think this cannot be used to pay a promotion but you paid 9.99 for 3 months... I'll escalate this to support, please, be patient.
But this isn't the first time I paid €9,99 for three months. I've done this before last year during summer and there were no problems. And I also paid one month for €0,99 once and there were no problems either...
