My Question or Issue

When I look through a playlist or album it shows the saved icon next to songs that I didn’t save. When I click to save them, it shows that they are indeed not saved. This makes it annoying having to check if a song is saved or not.

Hey hey @12140390955,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community and describing your issue so well.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues.

If that doesn't solve it for you, we'll need to know if the songs appear as added to playlists/Liked songs on all your other devices?

Keep us in the loop here.

They appear with a checkmark next to them as if they are in my saved songs. But then I try to add it to a playlist, it’s not even in my saved songs. So I’m not understanding why the check mark is there.

Hey @12140390955,

Can you confirm you've gone over the troubleshooting steps mentioned by @Elena?
In case they don't help out, try temporarily adding the songs in question to your liked songs. Once they are there you can use the 'Clear all' button to remove them from all playlists:

Tip: Select 'Add to other playlist' to find this option.

Hope this helps! Keep us posted on how things go 🙂
