Spotify staff destroyed my paid account

Spotify help staff have destroyed my paid account.   I submitted online request help to change my email address on a numeric named account.  I  never linked my account to FaceBook.  Spotify did.  But since the account is now linked to an unrelated Facebook account, I cannot change the email address's.  Old email address is about to be discontinued.

The first tier staff person attempting to help canceled by old email address.  That  removed the paid status form my desktop and phone spoitfy accounts.    S

Please, is there someone at Spotify with the ability to restore my paid account status and change my email address.  The staff person trying to help cannot.  Account number 1210677792.  

(And does anyone else enjoy the irony that the spell checker doesn't know "Spotify"?)

Keep trying with support, unfortunately it is something only they can fix. If you have twitter you can also try @SpotifyCares and see if they can help.

Thanks for the tip.  Their tier one tech support is well shielded and good at preventing escalation.  On my third effort to change an emial address and restore the destoryed account.  Understand that social meida shaming may be best strategy.  Hmm, interesting reason to gt a twitter account. Oh well.
