Alright, i'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support. They'll be able to look into this :).

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hey @francuel,

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.

    • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

If you've tried all the steps above, please click on the button below. It'll then take you through a survey to point you in the right direction:

I've also tried everything recommend in trouble shooting; re-install, account settings, trying to cancel. I've been charged for two months already and still can't use it no matter what I try.

What payment method are you using?

I'm using credit card. Spotify has the right email too but, I don't have receipts of payment either. I would, at the least, like Spotify to refund two months and ensure stop payment.

Is your account Premium in the account management (spotify.com)?

No, it says free.

Yes, it says premium.. and in a computer I can use it.. but in my cellphone i cant..

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.
