So I was trying to sign up for premium as a student and before I could finish verifying I was a student, it errored out and gave up. The next day I see a purchase for 4.99$ from Spotify and it says I'm a "free" user.
I tried to contact Spotify support and they haven't answered in five days (I already replied to the noreply saying I need help).
I'd rather not goto the bank and reverse this, but I'm so over this bs.

No. I'm about to reverse the payment. This is by far the worst customer support I've ever experienced.
Hey! I have the same issue today. I was charged 3 times. How would you reverse pay from the bank? And you're right this is the worst customer serivice ever. They didn't even have my college so I couldn't get the student preimum
