So I was trying to sign up for premium as a student and before I could finish verifying I was a student, it errored out and gave up. The next day I see a purchase for 4.99$ from Spotify and it says I'm a "free" user.

 

I tried to contact Spotify support and they haven't answered in five days (I already replied to the noreply saying I need help). 

 

I'd rather not goto the bank and reverse this, but I'm so over this bs.

No. I'm about to reverse the payment. This is by far the worst customer support I've ever experienced.

Hey! I have the same issue today. I was charged 3 times. How would you reverse pay from the bank? And you're right this is the worst customer serivice ever. They didn't even have my college so I couldn't get the student preimum

You will have to goto your bank locally or call them.

Hey again

So I tried to use a different browser this time instead of Google Chrome,
(I used Internet Explorer) but it seems that its done the exact same thing.
It hasn't told me that it has taken a payment, and also hasn't given me
premium yet (although this is only an hour after I've tried) With the
browser, after my debt details are put in it takes me here

spinning icon and then goes back to normal and does nothing, and doesn't
tell me anything has happened. I also made sure I only did this once so
there should be only one temporary payment, since last time I tried a few
times since I didn't know what was happening.

I don't really know what to do anymore, although I think a friend of mine
recommended that I should transfer my details to another account and
activate it there.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just had this same thing happen to me. Very dissapointing. I sent in a form. When can I expect to hear back?
