Student Refund

I had an individual account because I didn't know that a student account existed. I just changed it but I was billed today with 12.00 instead of 5.99. What is the next step? How can I contact someone to talk about this?

Hey @lillyruthbeck, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you switch Premium plans, you will be provided with your next billing date as it will factor in the difference in price between both plans.

 

There is more information about switching Premium plans here. From what you mentioned, it seems as though you switched from Individual to Student, so your next billing date is when the plan would switch to the Premium Student plan and will pay the discounted rate until your next student renewal.
