My Question or Issue

I was charged my monthly Spotify subscription  on March 30th, however, today I received an email stating my account was downgraded to free subscription.

Let me know if yours is currently free or premium.

If your payment has gone though but your account is still on free you can take a look at this page and follow the instructions there.

 

If you're not able to solve this with the help of the Spotify Answer, can you let us know what payment method you're using and check your payment's status on your statement?
